Good value for a brand, new property. the room was brand, new. the staff were amiable. Particularly good setting next to the lake and pathway. Pane e dolci sapori, a great spot for shots, is just a 5, minute walk away.

I really liked staying here for one night; the room had a double bed and offered wake-up service, and the staff were all friendly and helpful, plus the location was right next to a pathway.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning overlook of the serene Phayao lake, picturesque lotuses at the banks, and majestic mountains in the distance. The peaceful environment and secure parking added to the overall pleasant experience. The room itself was well-equipped with modern furniture and impeccably clean. The receptionist deserves an A+ for their helpfulness and professionalism.

Although the bed was incredibly comfortable and provided relief from any back pain after a long day of traveling, the slight gap between the door rim allowed some light and noise from outside to seep in, causing slight inconvenience during the night. However, this can easily be mitigated by bringing earplugs and an eye mask for a restful sleep.

This hotel's location right on the lake offers stunning views and refreshing air. the room is impeccably clean, and the bathroom is remarkable with all the necessary amenities. the service is prompt and friendly, ready to assist you at any moment, and the simple breakfast is surprisingly delicious. the hotel boasts facilities such as a pool and bike rental.

The hotel could improve the way they handle floor signs to prevent accidents.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the fully equipped kitchenette in my room, which made it convenient to cook my own meals. the high-speed and uninterrupted Wi-Fi connection allowed me to get my work done hassle-free even though it was the holiday season. the hotel's central location and easy access to public transportation were a plus.

The condition of the room was subpar. The mattress was damaged, and the fridge leaked water, which caused ants to infiltrate my room.

We loved the hotel's location right on the lake. It was a beautiful setting to wake up to every morning. The cleanliness of the rooms was also impressive, with everything looking spotless and tidy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options that suited our tastes.
